Teresa introduced First Step at last year's Annual Fitness Retreat. It is similar to her workouts called Senior Fit and Brain Body Fitness Turn Back Time in terms of maximizing muscle activation, but has less water breaks and more focus on fascia fitness. The tempo of First Step is similar to Brain Body Fitness Turn Back Time, but has less repetitions.
First Step is much more than a Brain-Body Fitness workout. It's method of maximizing muscle and fascia activation can be applied to all other T-Tapp workouts.
